How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Jonathanshore Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about any of these:
- Your experience when contacting Jonathanshore Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Jonathanshore Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@jonathanshore.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
